We’re Lee and Genevieve Pinkerton, the husband-and-wife team (and proud parents!) behind Pinky’s Fresh. Our journey has taken us from the beaches of Maui to the heart of the Wenatchee Valley, and along the way, we’ve learned that wellness is about so much more than food, it’s about connection, community, and joy.
With backgrounds in fitness, nutrition, business, and leadership, our shared passion has always been creating spaces where people feel welcome, inspired, and cared for. When the opportunity came to take over the former Fit Bar, we didn’t just see a café, we saw a place for people to refuel, recharge, and feel good inside and out.
At Pinky’s Fresh, every smoothie, bowl, and salad is made with care using fresh, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly ingredients designed to nourish your body and lift your spirits.
